Wavvy Wednesday Vol. 15

Big Grams Go Back and Fourth on "Goldmine Junkie"

Big Grams, the collaborative effort between Big Boi and Phantogram is definitely our most anticipated project for the rest of the year. Dropping this Friday, the trio have already released 3 tracks from their self-titled EP, including the most recently released, "Goldmine Junkie":

The song finds Big Boi and Sarah Barthel going back and forth over an irresistibly smooth beat. Each track on the EP revolves around one of the seven deadly sins, this one being "Greed".

Disclosure Do Not Disappoint With Long-Awaited Lorde Collab

Another exciting project that is releasing this Friday is Disclosure's highly anticipated second album, Caracal The guests on this album are insane! Miguel, Lion Babe, Sam Smith, The Weeknd are amongst a few of the names set to appear on the LP. But perhaps the name the world is most excited to see the UK duo collaborate with is none other than Aussie princess Lorde. Well, wait no more because the song is finally here!

Earlier today, Zane Lowe premiered "Magnets" and its better than what we could have ever imagined. Instead of their usual high-energy sound, Disclosure slow it down a bit more for this sultry collab with the "Royals" songstress.

Wavves Saddle Up for "Pony"

Despite a collaboration album with Sweet Nothing earlier this year, it seems as if Wavves fans are left wanting more. With that in mind, it seemed like basic instinct for the band to release yet another album this year! will be released on October 2nd and here is its latest track titled "Pony":

While the track is significantly darker than the material on some of Wavves' previous albums, the song still contains the element of playfulness that made the world fall in love with the boys. Wavvy approved!

Knxwledge Delivers With Signature Sound on Surprise Mixtape

Knxwledge has been on a hot streak this year. From his contributions on Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly to his work with Anderson .Paak released via Stones Throw Records, the producer is definitely starting to make a name for himself in the world of Hip-Hop. Continuing the consistency, today the producer released a new mixtape out of the blue titled H.S.PRT9_, his seventh tape in 2015.

Core followers of the producer will definitely appreciate the project staying true to the style and techniques on the boards that got them to appreciate his music in the first place.
