"Toy Story 4" Set for 2017 Release
You've got a friend in...sequels? Looks like TV specials aren't the only thing in store for Woody, Buzz and the gang. Moments ago, it was announced that the toys are returning to the big screen in 2017 for a fourth instalment of the "Toy Story" franchise. According to Entertainment Weekly, John Lasseter will be returning to the director's chair, marking the first film he's directed since 2011's "Cars 2".
The writers of the script will consist of Will McCormack and "Parks And Recreation" star Rashida Jones. The two previously worked together on the film "Celeste and Jesse Forever". No plot details for now but after the highly impressive "Toy Story 3" back in 2010, we have our hopes set high for this one!
To infinity, and beyond!
