Marvel Cinematic Universe Goes Upside Down on Social Media

Doctor Strange is nearing its cinematic release and Marvel is not holding back on promotion. After numerous pre-screenings over the past week, which were met with much acclaim, and Benedict Cumberbach's hilarious appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, it seems as if there are still a view more tricks up the comic book company's sleeve. This morning, all of the profile pictures and cover photos of all of Marvel Cinematic Universe main heros were flipped upside down, as a nod to Doctor Strange's mind-bending abilities. Additionally, every page shared a trailer for the film, its caption reading, "¿uʍop ǝpᴉsdn pǝuɹnʇ plɹoʍ ɹnoʎ ǝʌɐɥ oʇ ʎpɐǝɹ noʎ ǝɹ∀"

Although this excluded Spider-Man (presumably due to its ties to Sony) and all of the MCU's television series' pages, they campaign did however include yet-to-be-released films, Black Panther, and Captain Marvel. Check out the hilarious results of the marketing scheme below:
