Eminem To Serve As Zane Lowe's First Guest On Beats 1

The countdown for Apple Music is on. With only 5 days until the streaming service launches, the anticipation level is high. One of the standout features of the service appears to be Beats 1, a live, 24/7 radio station curated by former BBC Radio One DJ Zane Lowe alongside Hot 97's Ebro Darden and Rinse FM's Julie Adengua. Yesterday, Zane Lowe shared some exciting news, revealing a familiar face will serve as the debut interviewee of Beats 1 Radio.

Eminem, who has previously done an interview with Lowe back in 2013 will sit down with the DJ once again for what is sure to be the first of many exciting talks.

Considering that Beats is a brand/company founded by Dr. Dre, the man responsible for bringing Eminem to hip-hop stardom, it only seems right that the Detroit rapper would be the station's first guest.

Next month, Eminem's Shady Records will release the soundtrack for the upcoming boxing film, Southpaw.
