50 Cent Appears in Cringeworthy Ad for Hostelworld
50 Cent has always had that Hostela's Ambition...Never one to shy away from poking fun at his ever-curious financial situation, the rapper stars in the latest ad campaign for worldwide hostel booking company, Hostelworld, in a video that spoofs MTV's Cribs series. Born Curtis Jackson, the G-Unit General in fact appeared on an actual episode of MTV Cribs back in 2007, in which he flaunts his (now former) Connecticut mansion once owned by Mike Tyson:
However, later that year, it was alleged that 50 had been showing off some of the luxurious automobiles in the episode that didn't actually belong to him, and were rented out for a video he had shot.
Does this ad have you wanting to use Hostelworld any time soon? Or are you more comfortable just watching this video again in the comfort of your hotel?
