The Hungry Poet Delivers A Conscious Message On “New Love”
Montreal-based singer/songwriter The Hungry Poet is gearing up the release of his debut project. Every week, he will be releasing a new track on his Soundcloud, leading up to the project’s release. Today, The Hungry Poet shares “New Love”, a sensitive acoustic track with a powerful message. Said the singer of his track:

Tech N9ne Makes History With “Speedom”
When we sat down with Tech N9ne back in September, he made mention to the fact that he had a track for his upcoming album, Special Effects that he would love to have an Eminem feature on. As stated, this is not the first time he tried for an Eminem feature:
At long last, the day has finally come, Eminem did a verse for Tech! Check out “Speedom”, a fireball of a track which features the two emcees (along with Strange Music’s own Krizz Kaliko) testing their lyrical abilities at a super fast pace. Besides Em, in our interview with Tech, he also mentioned wanting to do songs with Slipknot’s Corey Taylor and producer Excision. Lucky for him, he was able to gather features from both of them as well…Congrats Tech!

Mac Miller Gets Grassy on “Days”
For everyone’s favourite holiday, 4/20, a new Mac Miller track titled “Days” was released via TreeJTV’s new mixtape, Baum Blvd. Produced by Mac, the track does not feature any rapping, rather goes for a more indie/spacey feel.
Although Mac has been fairly quiet this year, perhaps we could finally expect that Pink Slime EP with Pharrell Williams that he spoke to us about back in 2013:
